Dr. Deena Al Dhubaib is a prominent Kuwaiti physician specializing in family medicine. She serves as the Director of the Kuwait Family Medicine Residency Program (KFMRP) and has been instrumental in advancing family medicine education in Kuwait.
She is also the head of the central directory of Primary Health Care in Kuwait.
Dr. Yasmeen Yahya Ahmad is a Family Medicine consultant and trainer at Musaed Alsaleh Primary Care Center in Kuwait. She holds the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP-INT) and has earned diplomas in diabetes care and education from Dundee University, as well as in healthcare management and quality from GUST University. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Ahmad is actively involved in medical education as a trainer and examiner in Kuwait’s Family Medicine Residency Program (KFMRP) and serves as a member of the Faculty of Primary Healthcare at the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization (KIMS).
Dr. Dalia AlSanea is a distinguished Kuwaiti family physician with significant contributions to family medicine and chronic disease management. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Kuwait University and holds the Kuwaiti Board of Family Medicine from the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization. Currently, she serves as the head of the Sheikhan Al-Farsi and Sharifa Al-Awadi Center in the Surra region. In addition to her administrative roles, Dr. Al-Sanea is a certified trainer and examiner for the Board of Family Medicine and is recognized as a local and international lecturer on chronic diseases.
Dr. Bassam Albatehi is a consultant in family medicine based in Kuwait. He serves as the head of Alzahra Primary Care Center and is actively involved in medical education as a trainer and examiner for the Royal College Program of General Practice in Kuwait (MRCGP INT).
Dr. Albatehi holds a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2017 and a Master in International Policy, Planning & Management from the University of Southern California. He completed the International Public Policy and Management program at USC in 2010, which he credits with enhancing his skills in hospital management.
In addition to his clinical and educational roles, Dr. Albatehi contributes to the Kuwait Family Medicine Residency Program, where he is part of the Board Committee responsible for Wellness and Wellbeing.
Dr. Huda Al-Duwaisan is a prominent Kuwaiti medical professional specializing in family medicine. She holds several key leadership positions in the healthcare sector, including:
Dr. Abrar AlKhazi is the the Head of AlJahra Health Center and serves as the Treasurer of the Kuwait Association of Family and General Practitioners.
Dr. AlKhazi completed the Kuwait Board of Family Medicine and obtained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP [Int]).
Dr. AlKhazi has extensive experience in medical education, event organization, and quality improvement initiatives. She is a Quality Improvement Instructor, Head of the Quality Improvement Committee in AlJahra Health Area, and a member of the Geriatrics and Home Visits Committee within the Central Department of Primary Health Care. Additionally, she is a potential trainer in the Kuwaiti Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. AlKhazi actively participates in professional development activities, including the Obesity and Weight Management Masterclass (2024), and has played a key role in organizing national and international family medicine conferences.
Dr. Abdulrasool is a dedicated family physician with a strong background in primary care and geriatrics. He earned his medical degree from Kuwait University’s School of Medicine in 2018 and later became a board-certified family physician in 2024.
Committed to advancing his expertise, Dr. Abdulrasool is currently enrolled in a Royal College-accredited program specializing in "Primary Physicians with a Deeper Role in Geriatrics."
Dr. Abdulrasool serves as a senior registrar at Ali Thunayan AlGhanim Center.
